Experience in the industry

The team has a combined 50 years in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved with the acquisition, development, management and disposition of more than 5 million square feet of retail and industrial properties.

Getting started

In 1993, Mark started his commercial real estate career in the windy city of Chicago, Il. Not certain which segment of the business best suited him, Mark spent 5 years working on everything from 500,000 SF industrial facilities, land transactions, 500 SF office suites and national brand freestanding retail stores. Mark found that the retail side of the business was where his talents were best leveraged.

From then until today

Mark joined an Atlanta based development firm in 1998. Within a 2 year period of time, Mark and his team successfully developed over 120 freestanding retail projects. Mark has led multi-state preferred development teams of many fortune 500 national retailers. In 2003, Mark became the co-founder of Cornerstone Development Partners and later established Trinity and Associates Development Services where he currently serves as President and continues to dedicate his time helping freestanding retailers achieve their goals.
